Problem
A highway maintenance vehicle operating on a construction site near Bridgnorth was grounded after sustaining severe damage to two of its heavy-duty tyres. One tyre suffered a deep puncture in the sidewall, while the other developed a dangerous vertical split that made the vehicle unsafe to move. Stuck on a narrow rural path, the driver required an urgent mobile tyre fitting Birmingham service to prevent a total standstill of the day’s scheduled roadworks.
Solution
Our mobile unit arrived on-site equipped with two high-quality replacements and the specialised tools needed for heavy-duty commercial work. The MMC Tyres technicians performed a precise truck tyres replacement directly on the rural track, ensuring the vehicle was safely stabilised throughout the process. We carefully fitted and secured the new rear wheels, conducting a thorough check to ensure the truck was ready for the demanding conditions of a busy construction environment.
Outcome
By delivering our mobile tyre fitting Birmingham service directly to the roadside, we saved the client the significant expense and logistical difficulty of towing a large commercial vehicle. The highway maintenance truck was back in operation shortly after our arrival, allowing the crew to continue their essential work without further delays. The new tyres provided the necessary durability for site work, ensuring the vehicle could navigate the uneven terrain safely and efficiently.
